FAQ – Balling Hockey

If you changed your mind for whatever reason you can cancel your order at any time before the product has shipped out. Give us a call or contact us by email at hello@ballinghockey.co.za. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already left the warehouse - in this case please refuse delivery. Once your delivery is back at our warehouse, we will be able to process the refund onto your original method of payment deducting shipping charges.

We are experts in supplying hockey equipment to international destinations and can ship to most countries worldwide. We will endeavour to have your order dispatched within 48hrs. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch.

You can place your order & pay securely online, all local shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process, however, shipping outside of RSA needs to be handled directly with our team

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Sorry, but you cannot return an item that has been used.
By 'used' we mean used for the purpose that it was intended.
Examples...
Trying the stick on the field then deciding you don't like it.
Wearing a t-shirt for a day and then finding out you don't like the color.
Going on a game day with your new Balling Hockey bag and then deciding it is not big enough.
You are however allowed to try on and check out the products after delivery. If you decide you don't like the item please return it to us.

Essentially, you can do what you would normally do in a retail store environment without being made to pay for the item.
