SHIPPING AND RETURNS OF UNDELIVERED ORDERS: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to our facilities, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. In this case, a new shipping charge will apply.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: Once the product has been delivered to the shipping company, you will receive a tracking number and the company's contact information for any questions or to track your order. DELIVERY CONDITIONS: Delivery is made to the address provided by the user. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery.
